FULLY AUTOMATIC PNEUMATIC TILE-BACK TIRE CHANGER
Following the tradition of quality being first, the BL533 series meet high standards in every aspect to ensure bringing improved performance and luxurious experience in mounting and demounting.
1. Fully automatic tire changer, adopts tilt-back structure. Tilt back and forth are controlled and locked pneumatically.
2. The demount head is made of white steel, with high strength and more durable. 41mm diameter metal hex bar is able to handle all kinds of run-flat and low-profile tires.
3. Bigger machine cabinet and standard 24'' turntable greatly increase working strength. The turntable is made of special steel plates, not easy to deform. Double-sided polishing process makes the surface brighter and more beautiful.
4. The column is made of 4mm steel plates with high strength. Reinforced welding of the front of the column base enhances the overall strength, suitable for all kinds of tires' mounting and demounting.
5. Equipped with Φ80mm high-quality all-aluminum small cylinders under the working table. The clamping force is 58kg higher than Φ75mm cylinders. Standard fully aluminum alloy bead breaker cylinder can reduce machine vibration and minimize friction, thereby extending the service life of the cylinder.
6. Equipped as standard with complete mount/demount head protectors, and non-slip and durable jaw protectors, which make clamping easier and increase efficiency, avoiding scratches on the rim.
7. Equipped as standard with a multi-function tool box, a digital inflating gun, and all-aluminum pedal assembly.
8. Four-angle adjustable pressing shovel saves labor for tire pressing. Enhanced shovel arm with quality shovel protective cover, and anti-skid bead breaker buffer.
9. Optional helper arm and tire inflation device, labor saving.
